A lot of people ask:
How long does it usually take?
Generally it takes 1-2 weeks to get your initial website draft. From there we work with you to make edits and get it ready to launch. Sometimes this takes a few days, sometimes a few weeks depending on your response times and how many changes you request. Most websites are launched in 2-4 weeks.
Can sermons be viewed on the website itself and be filtered through, indexed on Google, etc.?
Yes! Many churches love Sola for this specifically. You can connect your YouTube channel, SermonAudio account, or podcast feed once, and new sermons appear on your site automatically — organized by series, speaker, and Scripture. Each sermon is indexed individually, filtered through on your website, and can be discovered on search engines.
We are already have a website. How much is it to migrate the existing content?
It's FREE. Again, we are using the latest technology to be able to provide the most outstanding webstie development you've ever seen, and we're passing those savings onto churches in the process!
This is something we used to charge $1-$3 per page/sermon and now we're able to do it for free for churches which we're super excited about!
We already use Planning Center. Can you integrate with that?
Yes! If you're using a platform like Planning Center, we can integrate so that your events for instance are automatically pulled over and displayed on your website!
After the website is launched, what do I need to do?
Great question! Once the website is launched, all you have to do is add your sermon each week and add events when a new one comes up. That said, if you use YouTube for instance, your sermons will be auto-populated to your website so you won't have to add them. If you have a calendar integration like Planning Center or Google Calendar then you won't have to do ANYTHING on an ongoing basis on your website!
After the website is launched, what if I want to update content or add pages?
If you ever need to add a page or switch up a menu option, just reach out and we'd be happy to do that for you! Also, every church gets access to our admin backend where they can make edits to the content of the website if desired (which includes adding pages, changing menu options, etc. we just find it's easier for churches to let us know and have us make those changes but you can certainly do it yourself if you'd like).
